Small UAV Design & Development Capabilities

UAVs up to 100-120 lbs, designed and built during the senior capstone design course
Work includes:

• Conceptual, preliminary, and final design
• Commercial CAD, CFD, FE, and Simulation tools
• Wind tunnel model and tests at UWAL
• Construction of 2 flight ready vehicles
• Preliminary flight tests
• 6-9 months from spec to flying vehicle
• Development cost for 2 vehicles – depends on size and complexity of the vehicle – but highly competitive and a fraction of any equivalent commercial cost
