STX & Flinders ‘Rotamaks’
Flinders rotamak is spherical without a flux conserver and FRC is driven to wall. The RMF only penetrates ~2 cm, although the azimuthal current is distributed throughout.
STX has a ‘normal’ FRC geometry with a flux conserver, and Be increases as the FRC expands. The RMF appears to penetrate at least to the field null.
